By registering for or participating in any activities organized by Toronto Premier League, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional rules and regulations established by the league.

2. Eligibility

All participants must meet the eligibility requirements set by Toronto Premier League, including age, residency, and any other criteria specified for each league or event.

3. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to uphold the values of fair play, respect, and sportsmanship. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

Violence, aggression, or physical altercations.
Discrimination, harassment, or abusive language.
Cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Violations may result in suspension, expulsion, or other disciplinary actions.

4. Waiver of Liability

By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sports and agree to release Toronto Premier League from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Media Release

By participating in league activities, you grant Toronto Premier League permission to capture and use photos, videos, and other media for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify the league in writing.

7. Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Toronto Premier League. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the league in cases of extenuating circumstances.

8. Amendments

Toronto Premier League reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our official website.
